Estimates requested through the Site are non-binding and subject to an on-site assessment before any work begins. Final pricing, scope of work, and scheduling for any restoration, remediation, or reconstruction service will be confirmed separately in a signed work order or contract. Flood-Cide is a licensed general contractor (License #1007837); nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of insurance coverage or claim approval.
The text, photographs, graphics, and design of the Site are owned by Flood-Cide Restoration & Construction, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our prior written permission.
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
